Maintaining the position of director of engineering for the group Axiom software platform includes the provision of any local support for platform software technical support team. The individual will be the team leader for the team that we have in Bangalore, India. As such, they should be the main interface between the team of software platform and our team of customer service. He / she will be responsible for managing all escalations to engineering department platform client software. This includes monitoring all outstanding escalations, escalations delegate to people with the right skills and team training to provide timely solutions. The area should be able to call at any time of the day or night, depending on how customer issues are indexed in Engineering. As team leader, the candidate is expected that the technical aspects of some of these climbs to manage and contribute to the sorting process. The candidate must regular progress reports to me on the current workload escalation.
