- The applicant must have his / her own Scribe at his / her own cost.
- The applicant should have be He / she must be an academic discipline / stream discipline from those candidate.
- The academic qualification of the Scribe should be one grade lower than the criteria established for the position, where the eligibility specified degree, the qualification of the writer should not be more than HSC / XII / PUC.
