Job Function :
  • Experience in managing and optimizing RF performance of CDMA / EV-DO networks / LTE.
  • Fundamental understanding of LTE / CDMA / EVDO Pref: Samsung / Ericsson / ALU / Motorola Competent understanding of optimization parameters LTE / CDMA / EVDO and definitions two effects on performance and (Active Idle mode) capacity in both BTS and BSC level.
  • Competent understanding of both inactive and active call handling mode and can conceive.
  • Able to agree on the appropriate platform provider. And Changes to the network settings Competent capacity planning / PN.
  • Competent in analyzing interference and frequency / PN coordination.
  • Automation of optimization tasks - programming skills.
  • Application development, web development, user interface design and development and the concepts of object-oriented programming.
  • C#, Core Java, J2EE, Weeb Language:- JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS Access and SQL Server.
