Job Function :


  • Interact with customers through mail, chat or phone.

  • Coordinate with client teams.

  • Monitoring servers.

  • Get feedback from customers.

  • Reply marketing, pre-sales and sales calls.

  • Forward reboot request to NOC on demand.

  • Attend all incoming calls to the company.

Salary Details:-
Gross Salary - Rs 10,000 / month
Poornam Infovision provides free food and housing.
Also will be eligible for Rs 1,50,000 / - value medical insurance per year (self + two dependents) 

Condition:-
6 months probation
Presentation of certificates of study at the time of accession.
Willingness to work in night shift (rotating shifts)
